The City of LaFayette Recreation Department is actively seeking volunteer coaches to help lead several of its youth sports programs this season. Positions are open for the 5/6 Cheer, 9/10 Cheer, 10U Volleyball, 12U Volleyball, and 14U Volleyball teams.
These programs give local children the opportunity to build skills, learn teamwork, and make lasting memories — but they rely on community volunteers to make them possible. Coaches will guide practices, encourage sportsmanship, and help create a positive, supportive environment for young athletes.
No prior coaching experience is required. Volunteers simply need a willingness to learn and a passion for working with youth.
