A special wish took flight over LaFayette recently, thanks to a collaboration between the LaFayette Fire Department’s Red Shift crew and Pruitt Healthcare.
Through Pruitt Healthcare’s Committed to Care program, Ms. Henderson, an elderly resident, was given the opportunity to see her hometown from the sky. Her longtime wish to fly over LaFayette became a reality with the help of local first responders and care staff.
The Red Shift crew assisted in coordinating and supporting the effort, ensuring Ms. Henderson could safely enjoy the aerial view of the city she calls home.
The Committed to Care program focuses on creating special experiences for residents in Pruitt Healthcare facilities, and for Ms. Henderson, the chance to soar above LaFayette was a dream fulfilled.
