The LaFayette High School softball team delivered a dominant performance last night, shutting out Gordon Lee 6–0.
Marlie Day was lights-out in the circle, pitching a complete game with just one hit, one walk, and six strikeouts.
Bralie Blevins set the tone early with a grand slam in the first inning, giving the Ramblers a lead they never gave up. Tamra Yancy and Harley Perkins each contributed with two hits apiece, adding to LaFayette’s offensive firepower.
