The LaFayette High School girls basketball team continued its strong start to the season Friday night, cruising to a 64–28 win over Oakwood.
Sophomore standout Erin Grant powered the Ramblers’ offense with a game-high 22 points. Macee Casteel delivered a dominant performance in the paint, finishing with 10 points and 12 rebounds.
Elliott Rogers added 9 points and dished out 7 assists, while Gabi Stinson and Tamra Yancy chipped in 9 points each to round out LaFayette’s balanced scoring effort.
The Ramblers return to action tomorrow on their home court as they host Dade County.
