Bring the kids, grab those costumes, and get ready for an evening of Halloween fun in Downtown LaFayette!
The festivities begin with the Early Birds Costume Contest at 5:00 p.m. sharp at the Downtown Commons, located at 107 E. LaFayette Square.
Trick-or-Treating: 5:30–7:00 p.m.
Beginning at 5:30 p.m., Scare on the Square takes over downtown! Local businesses will be handing out candy, giving families a safe and exciting alternative to traditional door-to-door trick-or-treating.
Expect plenty of treats, creative costumes, and a fun community atmosphere throughout the evening.
The downtown square will be closed to traffic during the event to help keep trick-or-treaters and families safe.
Local businesses are also invited to participate. Downtown merchants can set up in front of their storefronts, while a designated area will be available for other participating businesses.
