Walker County 4-H is having a MilkMake Contest! The Georgia 4-H MilkMake Recipe Contest is a food and nutrition activity for sponsored by The Dairy Alliance.
Submit an original recipe for milk-based drink including milkshakes and smoothies for the contest. The main ingredient should be milk and the recipe should include the amount of ingredients, number of servings and directions for preparing the drink. Recipes can be written on paper and include your name, school, grade, and email. All submissions must include a photo of you with your finished milk drink.
Recipes will be judged on nutrition, appeal, creativity, recipe presentation, and recipe content. Divisions judged as follows: 1-3 grade, 4-6 grade, 7-8 grade, 9-12 grade. A winner from each school will receive a prize and 1st-3rd place county winners will receive a grand prize. Deadline to submit is Monday March 24. You can bring them to your next 4-H Club meeting.
