Walker County Sheriff Office Investigates Incident Involving Chattooga Commissioner, Andy Allen and Driver, William Wilson

The Walker County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an alleged incident involving Chattooga County Sole Commissioner Andy Allen.  The incident happened Monday morning around 8am at a location on Little Sand Mountain Road.   Allen was involved in a dispute with William Wilson of Kentucky.  It’s unclear what started the conflict.  Wilson claims that Allen opened his truck door and tried to jerk him out while he was backing up.  Wilson’s wife caught part of the altercation on video.  Chattooga County Sheriff Mark Shrader requested that the Walker County Sheriff’s Office handle the investigation.
