
The sweet sounds of spring will fill the air in downtown LaFayette as the city gears up for its highly anticipated 2025 Honeybee Festival, set for Saturday, May 31. Festival organizers have officially released this year’s entertainment lineup, promising a dynamic day of music that spans genres and generations.
From the foot-stomping rhythms of Bluegrass to the smooth sounds of Jazz, and the electric energy of Indie, Rock, and Country, this year’s stage will host an eclectic mix of local talent and rising stars.
The 2025 artist lineup includes:
New Grass Express – Bringing high-energy Bluegrass with a modern twist.
Waxing & Waning – A soulful Indie act known for dreamy vocals and ambient soundscapes.
Fallon and the Smokeshow – A fiery blend of Southern Rock and Americana.
The Get Happy Jazz Band – Swinging standards and feel-good brass.
Chelsea Drugstore Band – Psychedelic Rock with a gritty Southern edge.
The Band Chickamauga – Local legends mixing roots, rock, and rich storytelling.
Shelby Lynn Music – Country vocals with heartfelt lyrics and homegrown charm.
Robby Hopkins – Singer-songwriter vibes steeped in traditional Country.
BIAS – Hard-hitting Alternative Rock with attitude.
Ben Chapman – A rising star in the outlaw Country scene.
Chris Lane – Nationally acclaimed headliner with chart-topping Country hits.
The free, family-friendly festival will also feature food vendors, artisan booths, kids’ activities, and community fun. Music begins in the morning and continues well into the evening with performances across multiple stages downtown.
“This is truly a lineup with something for everyone,” said event coordinator Jenny Holland. “Whether you’re into toe-tapping fiddle tunes, laid-back Jazz, or big-name Country acts, you’ll find your rhythm at the Honeybee Festival.”
With music as the heartbeat of the event and local culture at its core, the 2025 Honeybee Festival is shaping up to be LaFayette’s biggest and brightest yet.
