City of Chickamauga Calls Emergency Mayor and Council Meeting
CHICKAMAUGA, Ga. — The City of Chickamauga has called an emergency meeting of the Mayor and City Council for Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., to be held at City Hall, 1817 Lee Clarkson Road.
According to the posted agenda, the meeting is being convened due to a declared emergency requiring immediate council action related to employee safety, workplace welfare, and the continuity of city operations, consistent with the Georgia Open Meetings Act.
