LaFAYETTE, GA – The City of LaFayette is inviting residents to help decide the theme for this year’s Christmas Parade. Voting is now open on the city’s social media page, where participants can select their favorite option by using the designated reaction for each theme.
The theme choices include “A Premiere Christmas,” where floats will bring favorite Christmas movies to life; “Once Upon a Christmas,” inspired by classic Christmas stories and tales passed down through generations; “Jingle Bell Jubilee,” featuring floats based on beloved carols and festive tunes; and “Christmas Around the World,” highlighting holiday traditions from across the globe. There is also an option for those who simply wish to participate regardless of the theme.
Voting will remain open through Sunday, August 17, and the winning theme will be announced on Monday, August 18. Residents are also encouraged to share their creative float ideas in the comments to inspire parade participants and help make this year’s celebration truly memorable.
