As we’re all aware, the mountains of NC were hit hard with devastation. H&R Sanitation is partnering with a few local businesses (KGS Trucking, Queen City Dumpsters, O’Reillys, Southeastern Co-Op, Tractor Supply and a few others) in LaFayette to collect NEW items for Hurricane Helene victims. KGS Trucking has graciously volunteered to truck all donations collected. We’ve been in direct contact with first responders and deputies of Boone, Yancey, Johnson City, Western McDowell Co., and Rutherford Co. to deliver these much needed relief supplies. Our drop point is Bristol Motor Speedway where the items will be hand delivered to the Sheriff’s, Deputies and First Responders of these counties. We’ve also received our Sheriff’s pass to gain entry for a successful delivery.
I know times are tough for everyone, but these people have lost everything. If you feel lead to donate, we will be accepting donations through next week or as soon as the trailer is FULL. Please help spread the word and help us load this trailer. God calls us to be the hands and feet of Jesus and this is a prime opportunity to do so.
