The LaFayette High School Cross Country team is gearing up for a competitive 2025 season, with a full schedule now officially released.
The Runnin’ Ramblers will kick off their season on August 23, competing at Heritage High School in their first meet of the year.
One of the season highlights will come on September 25, when LaFayette hosts both the Rambler Cross Country Invitational and the Walker County Championship—bringing local schools and athletes together for a key midseason test on their home course.
The team will then shift focus to postseason competition. The GHSA Sectional Meet is scheduled for November 1, with qualifying runners advancing to the state meet in Carrollton on November 8.
