The LaFayette High School junior varsity boys soccer team picked up a dominant road win Tuesday night, defeating Ridgeland 7-0.
The Ramblers were led offensively by Tucker Cobb, who scored four goals in the match. Landen Holbrook, Noah Brown, and Harrison Gilstrap each added a goal to round out the scoring.
David Ruiz, Harrison Gilstrap, and Eli Pearson contributed assists in the victory as LaFayette controlled the match from start to finish.
The Ramblers will return to action Friday night at home when they host Ridgeland in their first region matchup of the season. The girls game is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m., followed by the boys at 7 p.m.
