Rossville Man Reported Missing After Failing to Report to Work; Vehicle Found in Chattanooga

A Rossville man has been reported missing after he was last seen leaving his home nearly a week ago, according to local authorities.

James Randal Ladd, 41, was last seen on August 15, 2025, when he left his residence on Cochran Drive in Rossville, Georgia. Family members say Ladd was headed to work but never arrived and has not been heard from since.

On August 20, 2025, Ladd’s vehicle — a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer — was recovered at a convenience store on Rossville Boulevard in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Investigators say no further information about his whereabouts has been confirmed.

The Walker County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating the case and is asking for the public’s help in locating Ladd.
