Walker County libraries are wrapping up an exciting Summer Reading Program with a celebration of their Week 8 Top Readers — the final champions of the season!
Congratulations to this year’s outstanding readers:
Juvenile Reader: Cora Hudson, who logged an impressive 1,200 minutes of reading
Adult Reader: Breanna Longo, who surpassed expectations with a remarkable 1,697 minutes spent reading
Their dedication highlights the power of reading to entertain, educate, and inspire people of all ages throughout the summer months.
A special thank you goes to Ruby Falls for generously donating Adventure Passes to reward and encourage the community’s readers. Their support helped make this summer’s program even more memorable.
