The Walker County Development Authority has rescheduled its regular December meeting. Originally planned for Tuesday, December 9, the meeting will now take place on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. The session will begin at 10 a.m. at the Walker County Civic Center, located at 10052 North Highway 27 in Rock Spring.
During the meeting, board members are expected to review minutes from their November 10 session and receive both a financial report and an update from the Executive Director. The agenda also includes time for presentations if needed.
One of the primary items slated for consideration is the closeout documentation for the 2015 Audia bond transaction, a matter expected to draw attention due to its long-term financial impact.
The authority may enter an executive session if necessary before adjourning the meeting.
