Walker County Government has announced that all county offices will be closed on Wednesday, December 24, and Thursday, December 25, in observance of the Christmas holiday.
County officials encourage residents to plan accordingly for any in-person services or administrative needs before or after the holiday closure.
“We wish everyone a joyous holiday season!” said a county spokesperson. “May this time be filled with happiness, rest, and celebration with family and friends.”
Regular office hours will resume on Friday, December 26. Residents with urgent matters are advised to contact emergency services as needed during the closure.
