ROCK SPRING, GA — Families across Walker County are invited to attend the annual Walker County Kids’ Day on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Saddle Ridge Elementary School, located at 9858 US-27 in Rock Spring.
Designed to support children and families as they prepare for the upcoming school year, the event will offer a wide range of free resources and services. Attendees can look forward to free school supplies, backpacks, and engaging children’s activities, all provided while supplies last.
In addition to fun and giveaways, the event will also include vision, hearing, dental screenings, and immunizations, helping ensure that students start the school year healthy and ready to learn. A variety of community resources will also be available to connect families with valuable local services and support.
Walker County Kids’ Day is made possible through collaboration between Walker County Schools, Family Connection, and Primary Healthcare Centers, among others.
