Incredible turnout Wednesday the community celebrated the opening of the new Walker Rocks Playground behind the Walker County Civic Center! It took five years to move this from community member idea to completion.
The playground is open from sunrise to sunset. There is a pavilion with bathrooms next to the playground, which is just the start of a bigger effort to transform this area into a more vibrant community space.
