Billy Ray Pettigrew, age 80, of LaFayette, passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2025.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lonna Elizabeth “Bibble” Pettigrew; daughter, Lisa Pettigrew; sister, Alice Penson; and son-in-law, Darryl McBryar.
Billy is survived by his daughters, Melynda (Wally) Clifton and Tyra McBryar; son, David (Wendy) Pettigrew; 16 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Pat Wilson and Shelia (Ricky) Cameron; brother Wayne (Dianne) Pettigrew; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 4:00 pm on Monday, June 2, at Fairview South Cemetery with Pastor Billy Wright officiating.
A visitation will be held from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Monday at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
