Bonnie Lue Pritchett, 85, of Rossville, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2026. Bonnie was born in Henagar, Alabama, to the late Robert Lee Peppers, Sr., and Beadie Ann Peppers. She enjoyed her childhood and teenage years growing up in the Henagar, Alabama, area, and in 1958, she moved to Rossville, Georgia, where she raised a family and lived the rest of her life. For many years, Bonnie and her husband, John, were long-time members at Cloud Springs Baptist Church, then moved to Westside Baptist Church, and later joined Victory Baptist Church in Rossville, Georgia. Bonnie enjoyed doing word puzzles, watching NASCAR, and renovating houses with her late husband. Many evenings, Bonnie and John could be found sitting in their swing in the yard, enjoying their time together. Most of all, Bonnie was a homemaker who loved and cherished her family and treasured the time she spent with each of them. Bonnie was dearly loved by her family and everyone who knew her, and she will be greatly missed.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her loving husband, John Delmar Pritchett; parents, Robert Lee Peppers, Sr., and Beadie Ann Peppers; brother, R. L. Peppers, Jr.; and sisters, Mary Ruth Creswell and Edna B. Rush.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Johnny (Cindy) Pritchett, Judy (Brian) Blaylock, and Terrell (Kim) Pritchett; grandchildren, Christina Pritchett, Johnathan (Liz) Stanfield, Justin Pritchett, Tyler (Katie) Pritchett, and Alexis Blaylock; great-grandchildren, Skylynn Pritchett, Everly Pritchett, Samuel Stanfield, Emerson Stanfield, and Adelyn Pritchett.
A private service and internment will be held at Calvary Gardens Cemetery in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia.
