Carl D. Bailey, 58 of Chattanooga passed away in his sleep on May 17, 2023.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents Bill & Susan Mooneyham and several aunts + uncles.
He is survived by his mother Alice Ruth Dye, brother John Wesley (Blanca) Bailey, nephews brian John Allen, nieces Diane, Haylee, and many family + friends who loved him.
Arrangements will be made at a later date.
Carl was an avid animal lover, and the family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to East Ridge Animal Shelter 1015 Yale St. East Ridge Tn 37412 (423) 633-7774
