Carl Lewis Clark, 86, of Ringgold, Georgia, went home to be with his loving Savior on Thursday, December 11, 2025. Carl was born in Valley Head, Alabama, on August 23, 1939, and graduated from Ooltewah High School in 1957. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a life-long member of the Southern Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Jewell Young Clark; sisters Imogene McSpadden, Sarah McDaniel, and Mary Sue Johnson; and brother, James “J.B.” Clark.
He is survived by his daughters, Carla (Chris) Brooks, Kelly (Charles) Hawkins, Leigh (Bill) Breckinridge; brothers, Eugene (Patricia) Clark, Larry Clark; grandchildren, Ashley (Zach) Colette, Ryan (Ashley) Hawkins, Daniel (Courtney) Hawkins, Jasley (Cosmo) Montgomery, Kealoha Brooks, Will Breckinridge, John Breckinridge, and great-grandchildren Elijah, Evangeline, Gabriella, Gideon, James, Brooke, and Leilani, and several nieces and nephews.
Carl was an unconditionally loving father, grandpa, and great-grandpa who exemplified integrity, honor, and faithfulness, modeling these virtues every day for his children and children's children, who were his passion.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM, Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Ringgold First Baptist Church. Funeral services will then begin at 12:30 PM with Pastor Eric Kennedy officiating. Interment will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
