Charles “Chuck” Fennell, age 81, of LaFayette, passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2025.
Chuck was a member of Antioch Baptist.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Agnes Fennell.
Chuck is survived by his loving wife, Terri Fennell; daughter, Carla Whitmill of Cleveland, TN; sons, Randy (Cassie) Fennell of LaFayette, GA and Tony (Jackie) Fennell of Rome, GA; 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Anna Bishel of Elkton, MD and Elizabeth (Paul) Eastburn of Elkton, MD; brothers, Edward (Sue) Fennell of Delaware and Mark (Fran) Lobach of Chesapeake City, MD; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be at 2:00 pm on Monday, May 12, at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with Pastor Jim Powell officiating.
Pallbearers are Michael Whitmill, Greg Chandler, Robbie Tate, Wesley Steele, Stacey Sitton, and Joe Thrash.
A visitation will be held from 11:30 to 1:00 pm on Monday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Legion Post 339 at 209 S. Chattanooga St., LaFayette, GA 30728.
