Charles Ray Burgan, age 76 of Rossville, Georgia, went home to be with the Lord on June 23, 2023. He was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area and worked many years with Dalton Utilities. Charles was a Christian and is rejoicing in Heaven with his mom, dad, and numerous brothers and sisters. He thoroughly enjoyed music, particularly rhythm and blues. He also played the guitar. Charles earned a brown belt in karate in his younger years. Charles is survived by his son, Charles Daniel Burgan; daughter-in-law, Candice Burgan; granddaughter, Madeline; sisters, Zelma and Mary, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A private family graveside will be held at a later date.
