Clifford Leon Cameron, age 82, resident of Chickamauga, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at NAC Rossville, Georgia. Private services will be held at a later date.
Mr. Cameron, son of the late Richard Henry Cameron and Lillie Irene Pace Cameron, was born May 20, 1941 in Walker County, Georgia. He was a retired machine operator from Crystal Springs where he worked faithfully in that industry for over 50 years. Mr. Cameron enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching T.V. He also enjoyed working on cars. Mr. Cameron was a man that always wanted to help someone, proven by him helping run cattle for a friend. The family remembers him as a man with a great sense of humor.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Bloodworth Cameron; sisters, Ola Mae Parrish and Linda Jean Cameron; brothers, Charles Cameron, William Cameron, Leonard Cameron, Leroy Cameron, Frankie Cameron, and James Ronald Cameron.
Mr. Cameron is survived by one sister, Nellie “Sister” Coleman and her husband Alvin; three brothers, Johnny Cameron and his wife Ruth, Clarence Cameron and his wife Nancy, and Billy Cameron and his wife Mary; several nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
