Cyclinda Lynn Youngblood, 68, of Chickamauga, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. She was born to the late Edgar “Grut” and Helen “Polly” Edgeman in Walker County, Georgia. Cyclinda was a lifelong resident of the Northwest Georgia area, and was of the Christian faith. Cyclinda enjoyed seeing and collecting bears. She dearly loved her family and always enjoyed spending time with them, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Cyclinda was a very loving, sweet, kind-hearted person and will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her.

Cyclinda is preceded in death by her parents, Edgar “Grut” and Helen “Polly” Edgeman, and brother, Wayne “Pete” Edgeman.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Carissa Thomas of Panama City, Florida, and Kasondra Hale of Chickamauga, Georgia; brother, James (Janet) Edgeman of LaFayette, Georgia; sister, Patricia (Mark) Snodgrass of Chickamauga, Georgia; grandchildren, Zackary (Shawnna) and Matthew; great-grandchildren, Lane, Xander, and Bailey, and several nieces and nephews.

The family has arranged for a time to remember and honor Cyclinda. Friends and family are invited to join us on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. A memorial service, a time to celebrate Cyclinda’s life, will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. with Bro. John Dotson officiating. The family appreciates your prayers and support during this difficult time.
