Deborah Ann Hancock Holcombe, 66, of Chickamauga passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at a local hospital. Deborah was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and North Georgia area. Many people knew her as a caregiver who did private sitting with the disabled. Her passion in life were spending time with her family. She enjoyed Saturday and Sunday evenings playing cards and board games with her brothers and sisters. She also enjoyed vacations spent with her family. Deborah loved shopping at yard sales, and she was known for her sewing skills and the beautiful quilts she made for her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Shirley Hancock; and grandmother, Stella Brewer.
Survivors include her husband, Owen Holcombe; two children, Charles Ray Campbell and Jennifer Renee (Jason) Lawson; two brothers, Charles (Karen) Hancock and Tommy Hancock; sister, Stella (Slim) Ashworth; four grandchildren, Justin, Katlyn, Madison, and Hannah; five great grandchildren, River, Nash, Forrest, Willow, Myles, and one on the way; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:00p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Pastor Joey Kelly officiating and her daughter and grandchildren bringing the Eulogy.
Interment will follow in the Lakewood South Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 4-8p.m. and Monday from 11:00a.m. until the funeral hour at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, Rossville, GA.
