Donny Ray Dunwoody, 80 of Rossville, passed away on August 6, 2023. Donny has lived his whole life in Rossville and is a member at New Haven Fellowship Church in Rossville.
He is preceded in death by his parents Melvin and Maude Dunwoody; daughter Donna Dunwoody Gilreath; and sister Lavanda Reeves.
Donny is survived by his son Kevin (Ashley) Dunwoody; siblings Steve (Debra) Dunwoody, Judy (Ray) Bancroft, Linda Guinn, Debbie (Bobby) Scott; and grandchildren Kevin “K.J.” Dunwoody Jr., Anna Grace Gilreath. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday August 9, 2023. A funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m. in the Ft. Oglethorpe Chapel of Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Jack Sexton officiating.
