Elizabeth “Beth” Breck Frank, age 52, of Ringgold, Georgia, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 15, 2025.
Beth grew up in Lexington, New York, where she enjoyed skiing, playing tennis, and playing soccer. However, her strong dislike for the cold eventually led her south, beginning school in Virginia Beach. She attended Virginia Wesleyan College, where she played both soccer and tennis, graduating in 1995.
Beth began her professional career in Norfolk, Virginia, working for Northwestern Mutual, a small group benefits company. During her time there, she worked her way to the top of a male-dominated industry through determination, intelligence, and unwavering confidence. Beth soared high in life and brought everyone around her with her. She was truly the life of the party, lighting up every room she walked into with her laughter, energy, and larger-than-life spirit.
In August of 1997, Beth married the love of her life, Anthony Frank Jr. Together they built a beautiful life and raised two children who were her greatest pride and joy. Their daughter, Lexi, was Beth’s best friend, and she was endlessly proud of the woman Lexi has become. Their son, Breck, was the apple of her eye and the joy of her existence.
