Frances Lucille Bayne, age 71, of Rock Spring, passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2025.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Albert Bayne; daughter, Tabitha Naomi Simmons; her parents, Wayne Edgar Truelove and Bessie Darling Truelove; sisters, Nellie Louise Echols, Marie, and Lola; brothers, Bill, Don, Stanley Ray, Junior and Kenneth Truelove.
She is survived by her daughters, Rachel Yvonne Balaguer and Terri Dee-Ann Tanner; sister, Velma Couch; brothers, Eddie and Doyle Truelove; several grandchildren, Nicole Lackey, Tanisha Mitchell, Jonathan Balaguer, Melissa Graham, Lena Bolander, Tiara Coultas, Aubrey Levings, and Jamison Levings; 20 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025, at 2:00 pm in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel with Ed Flener officiating.
Interment will follow in the Woodstation Cemetery.
Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Thursday, April 3, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
