Jeannette Marie Michaud Ingle, age 85, of Ringgold, Georgia passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2026. All of her early life, she lived in Limestone, Maine where she married her husband of 59 years, George Emmett Ingle. Jeanette moved to many states across the country as George was serving in the Unted States Army. After twenty years of service George retired, and they settled in Langdon, North Dakota for twenty-nine years before moving to Ringgold in 2002 to be with her son and granddaughter. Jeannette was a member of St Gerard Catholic Church in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia. Known for her quick wit, Jeannette enjoyed cooking, baking, crocheting, knitting and solving puzzles.
She is preceded in death by her husband, George Emmett Ingle; her parents, Leo Michaud and Yvonne Martin Muchaud; sister, Leona Moore; brothers, Fred, Burt, Lewis, Patrick, Albert and Joseph Michaud.
Jeannette is survived by her children, Dale (Scherry) Ingle and T.J. Ingle; grandchildren, Samantha, Tiffany, Patrick, Kathryn; great-grandchild, Tavion; her sister, Hope Kolar, as well as several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2025 in the Wallis – Stewart Chapel of Wilson Funeral Homes in Ringgold, Georgia.
