Jeffery Dale McDanielChickamauga

Jeffery Dale McDaniel, age 65, of Chickamauga, Georgia, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 25, 2026.
Jeff was born in Chattanooga to the late Roger C. McDaniel and Barbara Lois Massey McDaniel. He was a lifelong resident of Chickamauga and a member of Chickamauga Presbyterian Church.
Jeff had a deep appreciation for classic automobiles and especially enjoyed working on antique Packards and Cadillacs. He also enjoyed working out at the gym and, most of all, spending time with his family and friends. Jeff was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 42 years, Connie McDaniel; son, David Hill McDaniel; sisters-in-law, Tracy (Kent) Woodard and Susan Ellis; brother-in-law, Monty (Jane) Hill; brother, Brandon Mathis; sisters, Janice (Jack) Head and Terri (Wally) Scruggs; aunt, Sharon Chambers; and his beloved canine companions, Mojey, Boo, and Rowdy; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 31, 2026, in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Bridgette Waddell officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, and prior to the service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers the family has requested monetary contributions be made to the McKamey Animal center at www.mckameyanimalcenter.org or the National Kidney Foundation at www.kidney.org.
