eremy Houston Hobbs, age 45, of LaFayette passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025.
Jeremy worked as an inventory main lead for Polaris Corp. in Minnesota and was highly dedicated to his work. He had a love for music, especially jazz. He was a graduate of LaFayette High School.
He was preceded in death by his father, Houston Hobbs; and grandparents, Joyce and Art Williams, James DeVaux, and Chester Hobbs.
Jeremy was a devoted father to his two daughters, Penelope and Hailey Hobbs. In addition to his daughters, he is survived by his granddaughter, Everleigh Hobbs; mother, Sherry (Tommy) McGaha; brother, Jason (Casey) Hobbs; nephew, Gregory Hobbs; niece, Evelyn Hobbs; grandmother, Lora Mae Hobbs; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 1, in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel with Zack DeVaux officiating.
Interment will take place at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Cliff Jones, Dennis DeVaux, Kip Jones, Neal Hegwood, Dustin Madaris, and Gregory Hobbs.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 12:00 pm to the hour of service at the funeral home.
