Karen Marie Frazier Norton, 58 of Tunnel Hill, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2023. She was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area and attended Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Rossville, Georgia. Karen enjoyed sewing, green plums, and all outdoors activities including trips to the beach, fishing, snow tubing, and floating down the river. She had a contagious smile and laugh that was often seen while caring for other people. Karen’s passion was caring for other people while working as a nurse with Hamilton Medical Center for sixteen years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Franklin Frazier and Marie White Frazier; sister-in-law, Brenda Frazier and brother-in-law, Troy Broome. She was survived by her husband, Kevin Coleman; children, Chance Norton, Tierra Norton, Chase Norton; siblings, Scotty (Jane) Frazier, Virgil (Jackie) Frazier, Eugene Frazier, Melvin (Sheila) Frazier, Juanita Broome, Charles Frazier; grandson, Maddox Bentley Norton, as well as several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 16, 2023 in the funeral home chapel with Brother Jessie Thornton officiating. Interment will follow in Estelle Cemetery.
