September 17, 1935 - February 24, 2026
Karin Marie Hubby, aged 90, entered the presence of her Lord with the same quiet strength and radiant faith that marked every season of her life. Though small in stature, she carried a spirit that filled every space she entered, leaving nurses, caregivers, friends, and even brief acquaintances feeling seen, valued, and uplifted.
Karin offered her life to Christ at an early age, a commitment that shaped her path and became the foundation of her purpose. God used her gifts in remarkable ways, allowing her to serve in ministries both across the United States and overseas. She also provided help within her local community with women struggling with their hurts, habits and hangups.
Whether teaching, encouraging, organizing, or simply listening, she poured herself into the work of the Kingdom with humility and joy. Her faith was never loud, but it was unmistakably powerful expressed through compassion, steadfastness, and a willingness to go wherever she was needed.
Even in her later years, Karin continued to make an impact. Caregivers often remarked that she was the kind of woman who made their work feel meaningful. Her gratitude was genuine, her humor gentle, and her presence comforting. She had a way of reminding others that kindness matters, that faith can be lived quietly yet boldly, and that a life devoted to God never stops bearing fruit.
Karin's legacy is one of service, devotion, and love—woven through the lives she touched, the ministries she strengthened, and the countless people she encouraged along the way.
She leaves behind a community grateful for her example and inspired by her unwavering trust in God.
Her journey on earth has ended, but her influence continues in the hearts of all who knew her. She is now home, welcomed into eternal rest by the Savior she followed so faithfully.
Karins surviving family include her husband of nearly 71 years Lindsy ("Skip") Hubby Jr.
Children Lindsy Hubby III & Patricia Hubby; Kimberly and Mel Grewe and David Hubby along with 7 grandchildren, 14 great grand children along with nieces and nephews.
