Kelly Annette Harper Davenport, 63, of Fort Oglethorpe, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2023. She was born in Ringgold, Georgia on January 5, 1960 to the late, Leroy & Dora Harper and had lived in the Chattanooga & North Georgia areas for most of her life. She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed spending time with her family & friends. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend that will be truly missed by all who knew her. She was also preceded in death by her grandson, Kyler Bowman; sister, Kathy Touchstone; brothers, Steve Harper, Glenn Harper, Robin Harper and Trevor Harper; and brother-in-law, Ray Rowland.

Survivors include her children and spouses, Nicole Lieving & (fiancé, Dillon Hoodenpyl), April & (Bart) Bowman, Jessica Williamson and Kristin & (Michael) Cook; brothers, Danny Harper, Joe Harper and Roy Harper; sisters, Elaine Harper, Connie Rowland and Teresa Kelley; 6 grandchildren, Candice Thomas, Dakota Bowman, Josh Bowman, Lola Cook, Maggie Cook and Carrick Cook; best friend, Bill Smith and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family & friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 28, 2023 in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel with Bro. Garland Touchstone officiating. Burial will follow in Parker’s Gap Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until the time of service on Friday at the funeral home.
