Knox Spencer Ellis, age 76, of LaFayette passed away on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
Spencer had a passion for music and played in a bluegrass band, Georgia Mountain Boys.
He is survived by his daughter, Rio (Shaun) Lawler; son, Jacob Bradley; grandchildren, Mason Smith and Oden Lawler; and several cousins.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 24, in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel with Pastor Marion Webb and Pastor Ed Hise officiating.
A visitation will be on held Saturday beginning at 12:00 pm to the hour of service at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
