Laura Rebecca Baty Walker, age 63 of Chickamauga, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 29, 2025. She was born to the late Frank Baty and Laura Jo Taylor Baty in Summerville, GA, lived most of her life in the North Georgia Area and was of the Christian Faith. Laura has been employed at Gardaworld for the past 5 years and was a loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend who will be greatly missed. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Walker. Those left to cherish Laura’s memory are her son, Josh Walker; brothers, David (Lecia) Baty and Randy (Peggy) Baty; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 2, 2026 at the funeral home. Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Home-J. Avery Bryan Chapel, Chickamauga.
