Linda “Diane” LunsfordCrandall

Linda “Diane” Lunsford, 74 of Crandall, Ga went to be with The Lord on October 3, 2025 at a local hospital. Diane was born to James & Mildred Smith in Lafayette, Ga and spent her childhood in Lafayette, and graduated from Lafayette High School. After marrying her husband Jerry Lunsford, she moved to Crandall and lived there the rest of her adult life. She attended Ringgold Church of God in Ringgold. Diane loved her grandkids, and great grandkids very much. She also loved her cats, and tending to her garden and flower beds; something she was very proud of.
Diane is preceded in death by her parents Mildred & James Smith; husband Jerry Lunsford; and sister Renae Smith Crowe.
She is survived by her two sons, Chris (Christine) Lunsford, Seth (Kim) Lunsford; grandchildren, Caleb Lunsford, Alexis Lunsford, Johnny Briggs; great grandchildren, Jocelyn Briggs, Josie Briggs; siblings, Jimmy Smith, Larry Smith, Leslie Smith, Sharon Therber, Denise Smith, and Steve Smith. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the parlor of the funeral home on Tuesday October 7, 2025; and before the service on Wednesday. A funeral service will be held at Wednesday October 8, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the Ringgold Chapel of Wilson Funeral Home with pastor Kris Tavikokski, and Bro. Carroll Allen officiating. A burial will follow at Anderson Memory Gardens in Ringgold.
