Linda Gail Hullender, age 76, left us to be with the Lord Jesus on November 7, 2025. She was born to the late Kenneth and Rylma Hannah on the 21st of August 1949 in Ringgold, Georgia.
A beautiful example of a Proverbs 31 woman, Linda loved the Lord, her husband, daughters, grandchildren and sisters. She worked at Babb Lumber for approximately 35 years making many friends in town. She was a member of Smith Chapel Methodist Church where she was deeply loved by the congregation. She enjoyed spending time with the Lord in devotion and prayer as well as anything that her family was doing.
Linda was survived by her husband Wayne Hullender of 57 years; her two daughters, Shea (Jeff) Beagles and Misty (Todd) Queen. She was a devoted Mammaw to five grandchildren, Brayden, Weston, Emma, Reagan and Avery. She is also survived by her two sisters, Sue Scoggins and Nancy Horne, as well as nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Monday, November 10, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 10, 2025, in the Wallis – Stewart Chapel of Wilson Funeral Homes with Pastor Terry Moore officiating.
