Linda Goins, age 78, resident of Rossville, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at her residence.

Mrs. Goins, daughter of the late Stanley Ceal Burgess and Myrtle Louise Nicholson, was born November 11, 1946 in LaFayette, Georgia. She enjoyed driving to the Smokies. While at home, she enjoyed playing cards; working puzzles; and knitting. Mrs. Goins also took time to watch Tennessee football and NASCAR, and was a fan particularly of Chase Elliott. Most of all, she looked forward to cooking for family and friends. The family remembers her as a lady who loved telling jokes – always having a sense of humor.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Randy Goins; two sons, Tim Jolley and Mickey Jolley; and grandson, Troy Williams, Jr.
Mrs. Goins is survived by one daughter, Terri (Troy) Williams; one sister, Cathy Carter; three grandchildren, Megan Cannon, Wade Jolley, and Annslea Jolley; two great-grandsons, Colden Lusk and Merritt Cannon; two nieces, Tammy Roberts and Kelley (Nick) Carroll; many other relatives and friends.

Graveside services are scheduled at Chattanooga National Cemetery, 1200 Bailey Avenue, Chattanooga, Tennessee on Friday, March 7, 2025 at 10:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to First Baptist Church of Spring City, Tennessee, 374 West Jackson Avenue, Spring City, Tennessee 37381.
