Margaret “Inez” McKenzie Jackson age 92, of LaFayette, Georgia passed away Friday, April 11, 2025. She was born to the late Thomas McKenzie and Willie Caler McKenzie in Chattanooga, TN, retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield in 1993, after 27 years and was a current member of Woodstation Baptist Church. Inez was also preceded in death by her loving husband, William “Billy” Jackson; daughter, Karen Juanell Jackson; granddaughter, Stacey Juanell Lusk; and siblings, E.C. McKenzie, Deanie Hateley, and Daphne McElhaney. She is survived by her daughter: Phyllis Elaine (Larry) Cagle of East Ridge, TN, Milton Keith Jackson of Fort Oglethorpe, GA, Gary Wayne (Teresa) Jackson of Ten Mile, TN, grandchildren: Crystal Ellington, Tommy Cagle, Hunter and Carter Jackson, great-grandchildren: Chyenne, Nathan, Katie, Brayden, Gracie, great-great-grandchild: Killian, several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Monday from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Tuesday from 12:00 pm until the service. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm – Tuesday – April 15, 2025 in the chapel with Pastors: Bill Stafford, III and Damon Perry officiating.
