Martha Lanell Jordan, 69 of Ooltewah Tn. passed away on October 23, 2025 at a local hospital. She has lived in Ooltewah her whole life; and has worked in the healthcare industry for most of that. Starting as a CNA she quickly found her love and passion for cooking and moved to a position in the kitchen. She retired from The Bridge Health in Ooltewah, where she had worked for over 8 years. she loved charity work, and donating to St. Jude.
She is preceded in death by her parents Lowell & Marie Rhinehart; sister Lovella Verdon; brother Lionel Rhinehart; brother in law Jerry Jordan; step daughter Tenika Jordan; and nephew Jereth Blake.
Martha is survived by her husband of over 30 years Phillip Jordan; sons Thomas Kyle Clayton; Charles Paul Clayton; step children Felicia Marshall, Candace Franklin; brother Landon Rhinehart; 4 grandchildren; several great grandchildren. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
