Mary Ann Mosier Winder
August 7, 1946 - July 10, 2023

Mary Ann Mosier Winder, 76 of Ringgold, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, July 10, 2023. She was born in Athens, Tennessee on August 7, 1946 to the late, Claude Eugene Moiser and Edith Thompson Mosier and has lived in the North Georgia area for the last 57 years. She was of the protestant faith and attended Ringgold Gospel Tabernacle. Mary was a selfless, giving individual as she would tell people “To give is to receive.” Mary enjoyed shopping, playing piano and listening to gospel music. In her spare time, she loved spending time in nature, whether it was driving around the country, or simply watching birds on the front porch. Mary’s most cherished time was spent with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her church family. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Gene Winder; brother, Jimmy Mosier and cousin, Carlas Mosier. Survivors include her children, Curtis (Patricia) Mosier, Laura (Gerald) Wiley, Luther “Luke” Gene Winder, III and Mary Lisa Bentley; sisters, Donna Helman, Debra Dagnan, Gina Mosier; brother, Jeff Mosier; nine grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2023 in the funeral home chapel.
