Fredrick “Rick” Howard Russell, Jr., age 64, of Rossville, Georgia passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025. Rick was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late Fredrick Howard Russell, Sr., and Betty Jean Hickey Russell. He was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and Northwest Georgia areas. He was the owner and operator of Rick’s Best Lawn Care in Rossville, GA. He was of the Church of Christ faith. He enjoyed working on cars and working in his yard. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister: Suzi Russell. Rick is survived by his sister: Cathrine “Janie” (Gregg) Jackson of Chickamauga, GA, nieces: Heather (Scott) Voss of Chattanooga, TN, Brittany Berger (Paul), great-nephew: Ivan Berger all of Chickamauga, GA. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Graveside service to follow at 1:00 pm – Wednesday – April 2, 2025 at Chickamauga Cemetery.
