James was a meticulous person, keeping his yard mowed, vehicles cleaned and maintained, and even his lawnmower cleaned after every mowing. He enjoyed working specifically on Ford Farm Tractors, “because they were the best made of course.” Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter: Dianne Elizabeth Fulghum, sisters: Ruthie Pearl Frasier, Mary Cathern Drummond, brothers: Cleveland “Cleve” Clayton Fulghum and John Carlton “J.C.” Fulghum.
