Mrs. Donna Jo LewisChickamauga

Donna Jo Westmoreland Lewis age 84, of Chickamauga, Georgia, passed away Wednesday – December 24, 2025. She was born in LaFayette, Georgia to the late Nelson Joe and Jamie Frances Bomar Westmoreland. She was a graduate of Rossville High School – Class of 1958. She was of the Christian faith and attended Elizabeth Lee Methodist Church in Chickamauga, GA. She was a former Lab tech manager at Hutcheson Medical Center, former employee with Walker County Health Department and Director of Covenant Family and Children’s Services. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband: Claude Franklin “Fimp” Lewis, Sr., sons: Chuck Catlett, Craig “Cotton” Catlett, brothers: Jim and Joe Westmoreland and uncle: Luke McClure. Mrs. Lewis is survived by her daughters: Noel (Dan) Lewis Pearce of Kennesaw, GA, Nichole Lewis of Carterville, IL, sons: Chip (C.J.) Catlett, Cla Lewis all of Chickamauga, GA., sisters: Ginger (Lonnie) Cauthorn of Chickamauga, GA, Anne (Lamar) Sharp of LaFayette, GA, Ellen Hatfield of Chattanooga, TN, brother: Allan Westmoreland of Milledgeville, GA, eleven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held graveside at 11:00 am – Monday – December 29, 2025 at Chickamauga Cemetery.
