Mrs. Elizabeth Elaine HancockRock Spring

Elizabeth Elaine Spencer Hancock age 83, of Rock Spring, Georgia passed away Saturday, October 11, 2025. She was born in LaFayette, Georgia to the late Latner and Melba Millard Spencer. She retired from Provident Insurance Company in Chattanooga, Tennessee after forty years of employment. After retirement, she enjoyed traveling many places and especially to the Smokey Mountains to visit Dollywood. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Center Point Baptist Church in Noble, GA. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother: Bill Spencer. She is survived by her husband of fifty-seven years: James Michael Hancock of Rock Spring, GA, their son: Chris Hancock of Dalton, GA, her sister: Jamie Spencer Branch of Cookeville, TN, several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Hancock will be entombed at LaFayette Memory Gardens at a later date. Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Homes - LaFayette Chapel.
