Nathan Richardson, age 67, resident of Lookout Mountain, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at his residence.
Mr. Richardson, son of the late Albert Lee Richardson and Eva Love Padgett, was born December 14, 1958, in Catoosa County, Georgia. He was self-employed and worked for many years restoring antique and classic cars and custom woodworking. Years back, he enjoyed riding off-road motorcycles. While at home, enjoyed spending time with his dogs, watching car build and Sci-Fi, and listening to classic rock, particularly Melissa Etheridge. Most of all, he looked forward to spending quality time with his family. The family remembers him as a kind man with a big heart.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two stepsisters, Tammy Buford and Debbie Allen; and stepmother, Barbara Hagan.
He is survived by three sons, Samuel (Vicky) Morrow, Nicholas Richardson, and Thaddeus (Amber) Richardson; one sister, Natalie Richardson; two brothers, Mike Newell and Troy (Stacie) Richardson ; step-father, David Hagan; former spouse, Laura Cates; and numerous other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home, 555 West Cloud Springs Road, Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia on Saturday, January 17, 2026 from 3 p.m.- 5 p.m.
